PowerManage is an advanced service management platform enabling Installers and central Monitoring Companies to efficiently monitor, manage and control Tyco security systems, such as PowerSeries Pro, PowerSeries Neo and Tyco Dual Path communicator. An all-in-one IP-receiver, technical management center and end-user remote access platform, PowerManage runs on professional-grade PC's, servers and proven web technologies, with the highest cyber security standards. It can also be implemented in a virtual machine (VM) environment.
Technology:
PowerManage is a Linux-based management system. It features an embedded SQL database and can be easily integrated into any Central Management System (CMS). The system is scalable, providing solutions for small installations as well as large ones of up to 100,000 panels per single server.Availability:
Assure high system availability with PowerManage’s scalable solutions for disaster recovery:• Hot standby local redundancy with two servers – In the event of a software or hardware failure, the system immediately switches to the redundant server.
• Multi-site geo redundancy with two servers in two separate locations in replication mode – In the event of an outage at the primary site, all services can be moved to the redundant site.
• Carrier-grade local and geo redundancy – Used mainly by customers who wish to get the highest system availability,
with minimal risk of service shutdown.
