Description
The B015E is a lightweight yet robust angle contact with sealed internals. A 50cm length of standard 4 core fly lead is provided for wiring. To improve security and durability, the fly lead is also enclosed in a stainless steel sleeve. The sleeve is terminated with a grommet for easy attachment to other equipment. The housings for this product are moulded from a specialised nylon ETP – resulting in a product that is light in weight with exceptional impact resistance.Compliant to EN 5013 / Grade 2 / Class III
If you didn't already know: Nylon provides a high amount of insulation and very high resistance to corrosion. Compared to aluminum, another material heavily used in reed switches - nylon is lighter, stronger and offers higher wear resistance.
