Shipping & Returns

Returns Information:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for direct replacement or credit within 14 days. When sending returns, please fill our RMA form (.pdf link) download Here

Our RMA Form is required to be completed with any product return. No RMA Form; no process, no action.

Returns must be made within 14 working days of the invoice date ideally with a copy of the original invoice. Returns can take up to a week to be processed, once we receive them. When your return is process completed we will notify you.

A full credit will ONLY be issued IF THE PRODUCT IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION including the packaging (AS NEW) or a restocking fee will apply.

Products returned in excess of 14 days will incur a 25% restocking fee unless agreed by SWL management.

Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods upon delivery. Any goods damaged in transit or determined to be faulty by our Technical Team, must be reported to SWL 7 Days of receiving them to be eligible for direct replacement or a full credit.

Please make sure you check your invoice and products are correct on delivery. SWL must be notified within 7 Days of incorrect product despatch. If you find there is a picking error, we can fix it. Please notify us as soon as possible. SWL is not liable to contribute to any installation costs; or pay for installation cost or re-fitment costs, under any circumstances.

Costs incurred returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be at the cost of the account holder unless otherwise agreed by SWL management.

Order Pick Ups:
If you are based in Auckland or Christchurch then you can pick up orders from our our offices listed below. Please allow at least 3 hours for us to prepare your order.

  • Security Wholesale, 922 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland.

  • Security Wholesale, Unit 6, 105 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.

Delivery Destinations:
At Security Wholesale we ship nationwide within New Zealand and to the wider Pacific Region.
Generally, orders for delivery within NZ are despatched the same day via New Zealand Couriers.

Orders for the Pacifc Region will require your freight forwarders details and your account number.

Delivery Cost:
All orders over $500.00+ GST are shipped freight free within New Zealand.
Orders to be shipped with a value under $500.00+ GST will incur freight of $9.50+ GST.

Freight fees for the Pacific Region will be determined by your freight forwarder and customs authority.

Delivery Times:
Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders are generally delivered overnight in the N. Island and S. Island when despatched locally. For rural deliveries please allow an extra day. Please note we do not control or influence courier performance from your local depot.

Tracking:
All shipments are tracked with a unique tracking number and you'll receive a notification of despatch by email. 

Sales Taxes:
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped. Pacific Region orders for export from New Zealand do not incur NZ GST. Local import taxes will apply on entry.
