We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped.
At Security Wholesale we ship nationwide and only in New Zealand
Generally, orders are dispatched the same day, via New Zealand Couriers
All orders over $300 +GST are Shipped freight free
Orders under $300 have a flat rate for freight of $7.50 +GST
Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders are Generally overnight in the North Island and South Island. For rural deliveries add an extra day.
All Shipments are tracked with unique tracking number.
Order pick ups
If you are based in Auckland or Christchurch then you can pick up orders from our our offices at
Security Wholesale, Unit G, 701 Great South Road, Penrose Auckland. or
Security Wholesale, Unit 6, 105 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.
Allow us at least 3 hours to get your order ready,
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit within 14 Days. When sending returns back please fill in the RMA form (link) Above.
All returns must be made within 14 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will notify you.
A full credit will ONLY be issued IF THE PRODUCT IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION including the packaging (AS NEW) or a restocking fee will apply.
Products returned in excess of 14 days will incur a 25% Restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods upon delivery. Any goods damaged in transit or faulty must be reported to Security Wholesale within 7 Days of receiving them to be eligible for replacement or full credit.
Please make sure you check your invoice and products are correct on delivery, Security Wholesale must be notified within 7 Days of incorrect Products
If you find there is a picking error, we can fix it please notify us as soon as possible. Security Wholesale is not liable to contribute to any installation costs or pay for installation cost or re fitment costs under any circumstances.
We highly recommend that you check all products are correct on delivery and certainly before installation.
The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be at the cost of the account holder unless otherwise agreed upon with SWL management.
