Returns Information:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit within 14 Days. When sending returns back please fill in the RMA form (PDF link) download Here

The RMA Form is Required to be completed with any Product Return

All returns must be made within 14 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will notify you.

A full credit will ONLY be issued IF THE PRODUCT IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION including the packaging (AS NEW) or a restocking fee will apply.

Products returned in excess of 14 days will incur a 25% Restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods upon delivery. Any goods damaged in transit or faulty must be reported to Security Wholesale within 7 Days of receiving them to be eligible for replacement or full credit.

Please make sure you check your invoice and products are correct on delivery, Security Wholesale must be notified within 7 Days of incorrect Products. If you find there is a picking error, we can fix it please notify us as soon as possible. Security Wholesale is not liable to contribute to any installation costs or pay for installation cost or re fitment costs under any circumstances.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be at the cost of the account holder unless otherwise agreed upon with SWL management.
